As a salon and spa broker with SalonSpa Connection, she also help owners strategically exit their businesses when the time is right. Drawing from a wealth of practical knowledge, she is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs within the salon and spa industry, ensuring they navigate the challenges of running and transitioning their companies with confidence and success
Amber Eppinger (Co-Founder/Marketing Specialist)
Amber grew up in the salon and spa industry alongside her mother, who owned and operated one of the largest salon and day spas in the country. From an early age, she was immersed in every aspect of the business—from front desk operations and inventory to marketing, guest experience, staffing, and leadership.
Her mother, Melissa, brings decades of ownership experience, having built and led a multi-million-dollar salon and spa with strong culture and long-term success. Amber complements that legacy with a modern approach, blending operational insight with strategic marketing, branding, and growth systems.
